Agropark will add 528 hectares, which will be used for greenhouses, warehouses, green spaces, and an employee residential area.
On September 7, Agropark will take the next step with the official launching of Phase Two, which is expected to create 5,000 direct, and more than 2,130 indirect jobs.
With Phase One, this integrated agro-industrial center created 2,400 new jobs. To date, 11 companies have set up production operations at the Park’s state-of-the-art greenhouse facilities.
Agropark Phase I measures 295 hectares, 180 of which correspond to greenhouses. By the end of Phase Two, the Park will add an extra 528 hectares, 220 of which will be used for greenhouses and 362 for warehouses, green spaces, and a residential area.
The opening ceremony of Phase Two at Agropark will be attended by the Governor of Querétaro, Francisco Domínguez Servién, and the Mayor of Colón, José Alejandro Ochoa Valencia.
